What we offer companies

• a lease signed by the company for its employee
• the same terms as for private tenants — long-term lease, a maximum of two people per unit
• several units in one building, so one partner and one address instead of several landlords
• one monthly payment: rent of CZK 7,900 plus advances of CZK 3,600 (one person) or CZK 4,400 (two people) covering all utilities and services, settled once a year
• move-in immediately after the lease is signed and the CZK 10,000 deposit per unit is paid
• no estate agency commission — the owner of the building, Anglický Resort, rents directly

3. We prepare a lease in the company’s name and go through the house rules and handover terms.
4. Once the lease is signed and the deposit paid, your employees can move in.
