Of the twenty flats in Rezidence Pelikán, ten are available. A one-room flat (1+kk) of 22 m² costs CZK 7,900 in rent and CZK 11,500 a month in total, all utilities and services included. No agency commission, and you can move in as soon as the lease is signed and the deposit paid.

All units in the building have the same layout and floor area; they differ only in floor level and orientation. The advance depends on the number of people in the flat. The advances are settled once a year: cold and hot water by the water meters, electricity by the flat's sub-meter and heating by floor area. Depending on actual consumption you either get a refund or pay the difference.

Parking in the area is free; the CZK 500 is only for a reserved space directly in front of the building. Internet is arranged with StarNet directly and paid to them separately.
Lease terms
- the minimum lease term is 12 months
- a maximum of two people may live in the flat, given its size
- you can register permanent residence (trvalý pobyt) at the address
- a company can rent the flat for its employee
- smoking is banned in the flats and in all common areas
- tenants receive a written house rules document when signing the lease
- we require household contents insurance
- the owner of the building rents directly — no estate agency commission
