Rezidence Pelikán is a project of exclusively long-term rental housing — no seasonal guests, no hotel operation. A total of 20 one-room flats of 22 m² were created by the complete renovation of a former hotel in the quiet villa district of Hamrníky.
The project responds to the long-term shortage of affordable rental housing in Mariánské Lázně and the surrounding area. The flats are designed as practical, affordable housing for singles or couples looking for a quiet long-term home in a UNESCO-listed spa town.

Built in 1993, the house served as Hotel Pelikán for most of its history. In 2026 it underwent a complete renovation and began a new chapter — no longer short-term accommodation, but a stable home.
