What your housing will cost each month
Set how many people will live in the flat and what you want on top of the rent, and you will see the total monthly figure straight away. The basis is always the same: rent of CZK 7,900 plus advances for utilities and services, which are settled once a year.
One-off on signing: refundable deposit of CZK 10,000.
What the utilities and services fee covers
- electricity in the flat and in the common areas
- heating, including underfloor heating in the bathroom
- hot and cold water
- waste collection
- management and cleaning of the common areas
- connection to the shared TV aerial (STA)
- use of the shared laundry room
The advance is CZK 3,600 for one person and CZK 4,400 for two. The advances are settled once a year: cold and hot water by the water meters, electricity by the flat's sub-meter and heating by floor area. Depending on actual consumption you either get a refund or pay the difference.
